One of the things I really value is inclusiveness, I enjoy being included, and I feel valued when people include me. Even more so when the inclusion is an actual conversation, and people think about what you say. Aside from that I also feel like respect is nice for both parties. I try and respect other people and like it when they respect me back.

I feel like I try too hard sometimes to be a part of a conversation, often leading to some rushed topics, and interruptions. I usually try to avoid jumping in like that, mostly because I usually just end up finishing a conversation rather t
